From Around 30th Position to the Top of Local Google Maps
One of our recent Local SEO projects involved working with Belles Beauty MUA, a bridal hair and makeup specialist serving Bedfordshire and the surrounding areas.
When we first started working together back in March 2026, the business had very little visibility on Google Maps and was appearing at around 30th position for relevant local searches. This meant many potential customers were finding competing businesses instead.
Our focus was on improving the business's local online presence through a tailored Local SEO strategy, including optimisation of the Google Business Profile, improvements to local search signals, keyword optimisation, business information consistency and ongoing profile management.
As the optimisation work progressed, the business climbed steadily through the local rankings and now appears at the top of the Google Maps results for targeted local searches, giving the client significantly greater visibility to potential customers searching for bridal hair and makeup services.
